These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Namaz Vakti mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App provides prayer times, qibla direction, prayer tracking, dhikr counting, educational content and a religious calendar.
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Accuracy of Religious Content

Prayer times, qibla direction, hijri dates and religious calendar entries are calculated or compiled with care, but small deviations can occur depending on your location, device sensors and data sources. The App is provided for guidance — when precision matters (for example fasting start times), please verify with your local mosque or official religious authority.

Accounts

Some features (prayer tracking, qada counters, dhikr history) require signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time (see our account deletion page).

Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly) that remove ads.
Payment is charged through your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

Advertising

The free version displays third-party advertising. We do not control the content of ads served by advertising networks and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including design, illustrations, tutorial videos and text — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Quranic verses, hadith texts and prayers themselves are common religious heritage; our presentations, translations and compilations of them are protected content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that prayer times will be exact for every location.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
